This study aims to determine the extent which personnel information system at BPSDM of Ministry Transportation is running. done with HOT FIT Model approach tests several things on these variables including technology, Human, and Organization. As a result, factory has very large contribution 63.6%. Based results, it can be concluded that human element significant role, thing provide regular training continue improve quality Human factory.
